My office at Nanking West Road rented it to a Vitoria Beauty SPA in June.

This is the first time I rent it to a beauty SPA instead of an office.

It takes two months for the interior decoration.

The investors (two partners), surprise to me, spent NT$3 million for the new decoration.

They signed a 5-year rental contract with me.

NT$3 million / 5 years / 12 months = NT$50,000 per month for depreciation.

I can tell both of them (the two new venture partnership) are hard working mid-age ladies and very confident to their new business (with their loyal customers base). I decided to lower the agreed monthly rental by NT$5,000 per month to support their new business and wish them all the best for their career. This is a typical small business unit, one out of one million small business in Taiwan (98% of total corporations in Taiwan are small & medium business 台灣百分之九十八是中小企業 ).

Last week was the grand opening day of their new shop.
