A new proposal of 「企業管理技能」課程大綱

舜德兄，

Long time no see, how have you been recently?

Since I left Ford Motor Company, in addition to teach at our department, I also part-time work for a business consulting company and provide some business trainings for some companies.  I position myself as experience sharing to share my experiences to business schools as well as business circles 在企業界與學術界作經驗傳承。

In the past 3 years, I have made more than 100 speeches. Currently I have more than 38 training/speech topics on hand which covers marketing & sales, finance management, strategic planning, communication, innovation, leadership, personnel management, … etc. Details please refer to the file attached (Attachment 1) for your reference.

「企業管理技能」課程，學習有用的知識與技能

學問的作用在經世濟民，成為有用的智識。可惜在目前大學教育中，我們並沒有學習到很多對我們工作上、生活上比較重要的一些技能，像

l       做好職涯規劃 Career Planning，

l       做好時間管理 Time Management，

l       有效的溝通技巧 Effective Communication，

l       簡報技巧 Presentation Skill，

l       英文email 寫作 English Email Writing，

l       成功的談判技巧 Negotiation Skill，

l       如何面對衝突 Conflict Management，

l       做好情緒管理 E.Q. Management，

l       培養好的人際關係 Interpersonal Skill，

l       解決問題的能力 Problem Solving Capability，

l       提升創造力 Innovation Management，

l       提升我們的領導能力 Enhance Our Leadership，

l       激勵員工提高士氣 Motivation，

l       紓解工作壓力 Stress Management，‥‥等等。

學習有用的知識與技能對我們非常重要，而這些都我在企管顧問公司講授的課程，如何做好管理工作，把管理的知識與技能落實到工作上生活中，對我們將更有幫助。

Since I provide these trainings in public, I am thinking I also can provide these topics, structure it to one course and teach at our department.  This proposal is different from the idea of last year, now I am more focus on skills and capability required in business today.  Details please refer to Attachment 2 Outlines for Business Administration Skills 「企業管理技能」課程大綱。

舜德兄，

Further to my October 2 email on this subject, I have explained my idea of 「企業管理技能」課程 to my students in the class.  I would like to know how they think of my proposal.  We teach our students in Marketing that we need to listen to the VOC Voice of Customers, since our customers are our students, I would like to know VOC the Voice of our Students as well.

The new course is designed and focus on skills and capabilities required in business today, after they know the outline of Business Management Skills Course, I got almost all the students’ support.  I got 79 students signed and supported this new course.  A JPG file is attached (Attachment I) with the names of students and their signatures and I will mail one copy to you later this week. The students signed are mainly from 企三A and 企四A, and some students are from other departments which they enrolled in my class of “International Trade”. 

I also got one student wrote an email to me as follows:

我想這不僅只是身為企管系學生所需要學習的專業知識及技能外，

也是任何人在職場上所必要的能力，不論是基層或是管理階層皆然。
