A Great Recipe for Our Life


1.      Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.


2.      When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, 
 "My purpose is to … today."


3.      Live with the 3 E's … Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy, and the 3 F 's …Faith, Family, Friends.


4.      Smile and laugh more. It will keep the energy vampires away.


5.      Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.


6.      Don't compare your life with others'. You have no idea
what their journey is all about.


7.      Time heals almost everything. Give time, time.


8.      Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will stay in touch.


9.      No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.


10.  Take a 30-minute walk every day and while you walk, smile.

Last week I went back to Ford Lio Ho to make a speech.


It is nice to meet old friends after I left Ford Motor Company.
