Last time I share my data of healthy vegetables and healthy fruits with you.


Some of my friends think I might change to vegetarian.


No, I still eat some fishes, with less beef and pork.

食用肉類大原則是 (1)紅肉不如白肉,(2)白肉不如魚肉


Therefore, the Priority should be


1. 魚肉 fish (鱈魚、鮭魚、鮪魚、鯖魚)


2. 白肉 (雞、鴨)


3. 紅肉 (beef, pork)
