The office has been rented out and I just signed a rental contract with my client. The location is very important, good location with reasonable rental only take me 2 months to rent it out. Both the office unit in Taipei and the garden house in Shanghai are rented out, so I don’t need to worry and take care of these houses.

很抱歉要與你談到關於我們無法繼續承租南京西路的房子事宜，由於現在募款吃力加上我們正在縮邊，所以我們必須要結束南京西路的租約。
