Sorry to interrupt you for a few minutes.

I think you might have some friends in Shanghai and they might look for a nice garden house (you can ask your friends to take a look of my house) for rent or for a change (price is very reasonable and negotiable, I am prepared to accept a minimum rate of US$TBD per month). The garden house is located at the neighborhood of Shanghai Hong-Chiao International Airport .  Conhong Garden House #168 means 一路發 in Chinese.

My house has been re-conditioned to meet US expatriate requirements (re-conditioned twice to suit for both Paul Litchy - an American family and Robert Koehn - an European family, both were my previous tenants).

Listed below are some data of the house for your information:

1          European-style construction, building 279 square meters, Land 432 square meters 2-floor garden house with big living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with parking lot remote control garage, good location and very reasonable rental.

2          The house is furnished with air-con, water purify system, telephone, big TV, American imported big washer/dryer, re-conditioned to American style kitchen,….   The whole second floor timber has been replaced, all curtains replaced and house repainted. Willows, camellia, cassia, cherry tree, Japanese red maple, azalea, and pine trees were planted on the garden.

3          Safety - with 24-hour security guards.

4          Recreation Center provides swinging pool, cable TV, tennis court, basket ball field, restaurant and a small convenient store.

5          The community administration also provides Shuttle Bus Service to the Shanghai International School, American School and Shopping Mall from 7 a.m. till night.  It takes only 20 minutes to Shanghai downtown 外灘 / 浦東 thru highway 高架橋.
