Today is September 28, happen to be Teacher's Day.

This morning, I got this greeting card from my students.

Thank you and wish everything is going well with you.

In the past I have several speeches/lectures about innovation and highly appreciated by the clients. I also teach at university regarding innovation management. Recently, I referred to some innovation related text books (theory) and used several innovation related case studies (practice) as well as my real world experiences to re-structure a 7-hour training of “Innovation Management” as follows:

To cope with theory and practice, in my training material, I use more than 25 examples in the class; each section I have one or two case studies, case analysis explained and shared in the class (total 9 cases sharing); I also designed 3 exercises (each exercise takes 30 minutes). In total I prepared more than 200 pages of PowerPoint file. Therefore, the whole class 7-hour will be very creative, very innovative, inspired and very informative as well.

It not only provides the correct concept of innovation, innovation management, also teach training participants how to improve their creativity, how to apply their knowledge on their job for implementation and how to build an innovative organization. In the section of innovative thinking, 3 practical methods are introduced in the class as follows:

創新的思考方法：1. 7-R架構 (Shapiro); 2. 奔馳法(Scamper Method); 3. 李茂煇教授的六大法則

課程方式與目標：

1. 提供學員正確的創新管理的觀念與知識

2. 教導與啟發學員作創新性思考

3. 傳授創新管理的方法，如何提昇創造力

4. 創新策略的講解與實務應用

5. 教導建立一個創新學習型組織

6. 課堂上舉例多達25個，有9個案例分析，案例分享，課堂講解生動活潑，增加學員學習興趣。

7. 課堂上有三個練習，讓學員思考動腦。

8. 課程設計包括理論與實務。
