Good morning, 銘薰兄，

Last year I donated one 桂花樹 to Taipei City 台北市政府and planted it at Ming-sheng East Road section 5, Taipei city. 

This year I am thinking to donate one tree and plant it at Ming-sheng East Road section 3 at NTPU National Taipei University Taipei Campus.  Yesterday I went to 建國花市 and found one tree 九重葛 red flower, 2 meters high盆景，25 years old, very beautiful, I would like to buy this tree and donate it to NTPU Taipei campus.

世安兄 told me that you are the Vice President of the University now and the Director of 進修推廣部(位在民生東路)，and I should talk with you on this matter.  Congratulation of your new job as the Vice President of NTPU as well as the director of進修推廣部。My mobile phone is 0922-xxx-322, and I will call you sometime this morning。Your assistance on this will be appreciated.

梁世安 David, If you would like to donate the tree that you mentioned, probably you have to talk to professor 陳銘薰, a professor of our department, also the vice president of the University, and the director of 進修推廣部(位在民生東路). I believe he knows you, and he will be very glad to receive the donation of the tree.
