Regarding the requirement from ASUS, I have designed the 2-day training (3 hours each section, total 12 hours) as follows; the flow of the two-day training is designed from effective communication to cross-functional communication in day 1. The second day will be full day on negotiation skill training and practice plus case study.
Negotiation is one kind of communication as well. 談判是溝通的一種方式。
